This is a wonderful place. Family owned, and it shows. You are welcomed warmly, but not pressured in the least. I came in from out of town and just browsed (with husband and 2 relatively well behaved daughters in tow), and they couldn't have been any nicer. It's spacious and well laid out with LOTS of seating. Probably a beautiful place to visit in good weather, and cozy on rainy, chilly days like the one when we visited.

I was quite impressed with their stock of "hardware," that is, needles of all different types and notions.

The ONLY downside I see about this store is that their selection is extremely limited. When I looked at their website and saw the lines they carry, I figured I would skip it altogether... but the siren's song to visit a new & different LYS was too strong. Not too many super-soft yarns in merino or merino blends (which is what I favor).

Great place to visit if you want to sit, work, and visit with nice people!

I love the owner of this shop and her husband. They're both very friendly people and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and make sure all of your needs are taken care of. They'll even wind your hanks of yarn if you don't have a winder at home. If you're hungry they'll recommend a place for you to eat. If you just want to relax for a bit with your new yarn they'll let you sit and knit. There's a lot of great reading material all around the store too.

Staff is so helpful. My daughter is a novice knitter and they took quite a bit of time assisting her and locating the extra yarn she needed. Always a treat to visit this store!

I really really like this LYS. Just wish they were closer to Atlanta. I've made it out a few times, mostly for the yearly shop hop and I've always been impressed with the selection of yarns and the niceness of the staff.

Absolutely the most beautiful shop I have been in. Great selection of yarns. The converted barn is spectacular. I was floored, amazed when I walked through the doors of this shop. The staff was friendly and very easy to talk to. Even my husband enjoyed our visit to the shop and he is clueless about yarns.

This shop has that warm cozy feeling and the staff truly has that small town southern hospitality which I love and long for. Thanks for the suggestion on where to eat. Your recommendations hit the spot. I will be back.

Wonderful selection of yarns. Spacious setting in converted barn, beautiful. Plenty of seating. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love that you can order online, too.

I visited on vacation. Everyone was so nice. The selection isn't huge, and is missing some staples like Classic Elites and Crystal Palace, but there are some great yarns there spun by locals and they have a HUGE selection of Noro.
