Notes
Great selection! If you live in the Seattle area (including suburbs) and work downtown, you can get there quickly on Airport Way - the old Rainier Brewery. You can order and pick up your yarn (once you get their confirmation email that your order is ready), and save $10 shipping by doing so.
Their storefront is in the "yellow" section of the building, on the opposite side of the Tullys coffee shop. Easy parking.

Found awesome sale prices here - sock yarns for $2 a skein! Bought a sweater's worth of worsted for $47. I will be following them online for sure and visiting again.

The yarns are wonderful, but my recent in-store experience left something to be desired. I purchased, among other things, some expensive yarn whose price was clearly marked on the basket. When I returned the next day to ask them to wind the yarn for me, I wondered aloud why I had paid so much for my purchases. It turned out that the marked price was in error, and that the "correct" price had been charged. The salesgirl apologized, but there was no offer to refund the difference. I have never before had a store fail to stand by its posted price for something!
Someone who will be much more cautious when I go again—if I go again.

I use to live in Kent, WA which is only a 30 minute drive to the actual store!!! I loved going. The ladies are super nice and helpful. The only downfall is sometimes I would pick out a yarn only to find out that it has already been purchase by someone online. The online orders are super busy so sometimes they can't pull the items off the shelf fast enough! :) Also, some of the prices are not listed with the yarn; however, the girls are more then happy to look up the prices for you. Overall my experience at the actual shop is fantastic! A must see if you are in the area!!! :)

I love Little Knits! I'm in Missouri and order from them online. The prices and selection are great. The service is fabulous. I wish I had a reason to head to Seattle so I could shop the store in person.

Love it! Where else can you get ten skeins of Noro Silk Garden or Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Superchunky for ~$70?
They are a teeny bit slow to ship when mail ordering, but wonderful to deal with in person. A hint: shop the website FIRST to check pricing and find the really good deals because they do not post prices in the store - you have to ask.
This store, by far, has THE BEST sock yarn selection I have ever seen. I never leave empty handed.

I've shopped Little Knits several times via the internet and always loved the selection, prices, and customer service--once I forgot to add a code for free shipping so I emailed them about it, and they immediately refunded my shipping costs (saved me almost $20!). I didn't even realize they had a brick-and-mortar store, but when I learned about it, I decided to stop by when we next visited Seattle.
Of course, the only day we had available wasn't one of their retail days--but when I called, they told me to come right over. Despite the fact that they were busily trying to fill a mountain of orders, and I descended upon them with husband, pre-schooler, and baby in tow, they could NOT have been more gracious. Walking around and looking at the bins upon bins of yarn brought back that "kid in the candy store" feeling. Fulay even took time to point out some yarns not yet available on the website. Can't recommend them enough!

I've used them for mail order- and the prices are truly the best
