I love everything about this place. Lovely selection, helpful staff and so much more. The owner Karen is wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

The owner or manager was a snob! You can read it all over her. FAKE! We are all the same--remember that.
would not go again and will be sure others know.

I visited the shop for the first time yesterday and had a blast! The shop is beautiful and there are so many beautiful yarns to choose from. I found the prices to be excellent. When I entered the shop I was immediatly greeted by a very nice lady and she turned out to be so helpful. She steered me in just the right direction and I left with some great yarn. She knew exactly what I wanted and helped me find the correct weight yarn and a beautiful free online pattern to make a circular scarf. I will definitely return. In no way did I ever feel pressured to buy anything and her knowledge and enthusiasm for knitting was immediately seen. A big thanks to the staff.

I have been going to Temptations for years, when it had more antiques then yarn. Karen was then and still is one of the nices people to do business with. And no I not from Dublin but when in Dublin I always try and stop in. Never felt like I didn't belong. So please if your any where near the shop stop in, the yarn selection is great...

Wow, the one poster here must have been having a bad day. I am not from Dublin and definitely not of the Upper, posh set, but was totally welcomed at Temptations. I was allowed to browse freely, but when I needed assistance, received it promptly. I loved their selection and the layout of the store and found it very cozy & inviting. My only regret is that I don't get over there as often as I would like.

I found the yarn selection extensive and the atmosphere cozy!

Unfortunately, while the store itself has a nice location and decent selection, if you do not fit into the "high-end" snobbery of dublin, then you won't feel welcomed in this shop. Take a sweater with you when you go ...... the "climate" is rather chilly here.

Very exciting yarn selection! Includes silk, soy, yak and quiviet. Cozy neighborhood as well
