Store is cluttered. Staff some of them are helpful, others rude. Worse part about this store is no pricing on the yarn. Let me give you example of how bad this store is..I went in one day, found the perfect yarn and there was no price. So I asked a very nice employee for the price she quoted me a reasonable price, I needed 10 skeins they didn't have 10 out so they went into the back to get more. Another clerk brought out the additional skeins to me and quoted me a slightly higher price. Okay so it was 50 cents higher it was still what I was looking for so I was willing to pay the higher price. I get to the cash wrap and a 3rd clerk helped me there. When she rang up the yarn she it came out twice as high as what I was quoted. I was in shock so I went up to the manufactures website and to a couple of online yarn stores.. the price she rang me up at was almost double the suggested retail price of the yarn. I did not buy. So my advice...beware if you go into this store. They have a lovely selection of yarn. it is a scatter brain mess in the way in which it is display but you can still find treatsures in the there...however no pricing anywhere so if you find something you like take it to the cash wrap to check what price they put into the cash register/computer. If you are lucky a clerk will do the check electronically for you instead of read to you from which ever pricing book she has. I have tried to do business with them, have bought in the past...now a days I find it easier to go to one of the other local yarn stores in the Beach Cities Area. There is a wide selection.

Too much yarn in the shop. Cluttered to say the least. I've seen lots of retired ladies doing inventory. Seems to me if they got rid of half of their inventory, the shop would look and feel better and they wouldn't need so many ladies doing inventory. Either that or find a bigger store that can hold all of the yarn.

The biggest downside to this shop is that prices are not marked on skeins or on bins. Instead, you either have to ask, or look up each yarn on a bunch of price sheets in page protectors that are fastened in a couple of spots.

Impossible to find what you want or the price of anything. Took me an hour to find three hanks. Way better selection than JoAnns or Michaels but needs to be organized.

A good, reliable LYS. The store is nicely crammed with a large variety of merchandise; the personnel are numerous and very helpful. If you are a repeat customer, they remember you.

They have a lot of needlepoint supplies, and the folks gathered at the larger of the 2 work tables are often needlepointers. But they love us knitters, as well. Lots of classes and lessons available.

My main complaint is the somewhat limited selection of knitting needles. Not enough choices for those of us who prefer knitting "around".

This is the proper address. She's been in this location a long time and don't know why the other addresses are listed.
