Unable to find the time or resources I needed to devote to art after finishing my degree I began to knit.... feverishly. This inexpensive, intensly creative & limitless art form soothed my stifled soul and I was very rapidly & completely addicted. One thing led to another and I began dyeing my own yarn and learning to spin.

Beautiful, friendly shop. Lovely bit of the city. Great selection of local & global high end yarn. Really worth a visit.

This shop cheers me up every time I visit, it is an apealing space even when rammed full of fiber fetishists on a Saturday.
In my experience the staff are unfailingly pleasant, actively engaged and engaging. Having not needed to pester them for help (to date) I can't comment on that aspect of customer service. I just potter and chat if they are not crazy busy.
I tend make a decision on what I want to make and look at the website before I go to check that they have what I want. This approach limits my habit of making impulse purchases from their wide selection of tempting highend yarn.
The two classes I have attended delivered exactly what they promised.
