The Nest is a wonderful shop, and the owner, Debora, is delightful. I live in town, and was thrilled when she opened about 2 years ago (Spring 07, I believe). There are many classes offered each month, a large selection of yarns, needles, books and patterns, and a few comfy chairs for just hanging out and knitting or crocheting. This shop is very crochet-friendly - at any given "Knit Night" there are usually almost as many hookers and there are knitters.
The hours have changed since they were posted here, the shop is now closed both Sundays and Mondays.
There is a delicious sushi place (eat-in & carry-out) that is right next door to the shop, and a Panera in the next shopping center, which makes it easy for "the girls" to grab a bite before settling down to knit and chat away the hours in our yarny home away from home.
