My boyfriend and I walked the entire length of this street when we were in Berlin, the weekend of May 13-15 2011, and were unable to find this store. As far as I can tell, it has shut down. Can anyone confirm?

about Liberty on Thu May 26 22:53:19 +0000 2011

Am I missing something here? I went to Regent & Beak St. today, and couldn't see any shop named "Liberty". I went in to the side streets a little further and saw one called "Liberty", but it was purely a chocolate shop (not such a bad thing in itself).

I don't know, either the shop's shut down already, or the map is inaccurate. Can anyone please confirm??!

Went by OXO tower today - couldn't find a single shop that may have been this one. Nothing carrying yarns or wools or anything like the described here. Sadly, I think this store may have bit it. Can anyone confirm? :(

They had some really good sales on when I visited, and they're open till 6 pm on Saturdays. That's great in my books! I'd definitely return.

about Lana Grossa on Sat Jun 18 20:34:39 +0000 2011

An excellent selection of Lana Grossa yarns. They're currently having a 30% off sale, which is fantastic. They don't yet take cards, as apparently they're a new store and don't have a telephone system in place to take them, so go with lots of cash!

This shop is still in Iraklio (2011). It seems to be closed on Saturdays for the Sabbath, unfortunately. Went there today to check it out. Will have to return - yes it looks like most things are crochet on this island, as there doesn't seem to be much need for warm, knitted items - lightly crocheted items are everywhere though, in the form of shawls and scarves.
