I've gone often during the day and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The shop is large, and has tons of gorgeous things and great patterns.

I like the shop, too. They have an interesting selection of yarns, including great sock yarns. The owner has always been friendly and helpful when I've been there.

Wonderful selection of books and yarn. Staff is always willing to help. Wide variety of classes, often offered at all hours of the day.

The perfect yarn shop! The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful, wonderful selection, and a lovely store. Worth the drive.

I've been there several times - the staff is not overly helpful or friendly, although are some seem nicer than others. They don't really have any interest in you or your projects. I basically go there to buy yarn and now don't expect any more than that. The shop itself is nice with a nice selection of yarn.

I agree with all the positive things above. Loved the shop and look forward to going back. Wonderful yarns and really nice owner.
