Went to this shop while on vacation. Disappointed in the lack of service - the staff sidestepped me and went about their business without speaking to me. I felt like I was intruding on their day and space. The Quad Cities could really do with another yarn shop for competition and service.

Friendly shop. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They will take time to answer questions and assist in any way they can. The selection is a wonderful variety of all fibers, books, notions.

Visited this shop while on vacation. Amazing selection. Helpful staff - willing to listen to your ideas and search to stock the items that you use. Definately recommend this user-friendly store.

Pretty well stocked with a variety of good yarns. Staff not very knowledgeable about knitting. Shop also sells needlepoint and crosstitch items - and seems to be geared more in that direction of thought. Still reasonable prices on notions.
