Was visiting from Australia (June 2010) and just by chance saw this yarn store from the bus window. What a gem and how lucky Victoria is to have this LYS. The atmosphere, selection of yarn and staff were amoung the best. Pity it's on the other side of the world. Although I didn't purchase the staff were certainly lovely and I didn't experience any rudeness

Always great service and the yarn selection is good. A bit more light would be nice but maybe it should improve as I can always see too much to bring home.

I have only purchased online or over the phone from BWM. It's basic no nonsence yarn but at fantastic prices. Have never had the opportunity to visit but the over the phone service has always been pleasant and delivery of items very fast.

It's been a long time since I've visited this LYS but I remember that there was a good selection of sock yarn. A small LYS but the selection of yarn was good. Worth a visit.
