This tiny little yarn shop has character. It has several aisles of yarn stacked literally from the floor to the ceiling. The lighting is a bit dim but the owner, Faye, lets me take yarn out the front door to see the colors better. Faye is delightful -- very friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help you find a yarn or fix a stitch. I live 4 hours from this store but I always look forward to business trips to Tallahasse so that I can visit Faye's. Best selection of yarn I've seen in Florida during my travels.
This is a very nice store but as others have mentioned, the yarn selection is very small. This store is geared more to needlepoint than anything else and if you do needlepoint, their selection of threads is amazing. I loved the staff -- I was there on a busy day and they were still very welcoming and helpful.

Selection is okay, but I agree with others that the owner is often unfriendly. I often feel like I am intruding when I come into the store.
