If you can find a parking spot and are ready to blow some bucks, this is a great place. Lots of very luxurious yarns, including lace weight and sock yarns.
It is a very cramped space, packed tightly, so not a place to just hang out in. But I've never walked out of there empty-handed!

My only problem with this store (my closest LYS) is that I'm wildly allergic to alpaca and they stock a LOT of alpaca yarns here. I'm kind of a regular, so I always get a cheery greeting. They also have a lending library!
I do wish they stocked more sock yarns...
