Very sorry to hear bunnypooper had some problems with the shop. I have been going there for years and find the shop very friendly and helpful. Elaine is incredible and a wealth of knowledge; she is always willing to help you with any and all problems you are having, as well as the rest of the staff.

Great yarn shop and Tillie the owner is a delightful and fun lady. The store manager Miss Frances Purl is always there with a warm and friendly welcome.
