I love this place. I was in town for business (visiting from Atlanta, GA) and wanted to check out some local shops. What a great choice! Their selection is beautiful, and they have a lot of great samples hanging about to inspire you! They have some crafty extras and accessories in addition to yarns and notions, too. The woman working was fantastic. She let me browse at my own pace and pretty much left me alone until I asked questions, which is exactly what I like! Once I made my purchase, she was a delight to chat with as she wound my yarn into balls, too. I will definitely make time to come back any time I'm in SLC!
I was in town on business, and wanted to visit some of the local yarn shops in my spare time. This was a great place to check out! It is a little confusing and difficult to find because it shares a storefront with a dress shop and a home decor shop, but you have to go up the stairs. Once I found it, though, it was quite a delight! The space is kind of no-frills, but they have a beautiful selection of yarns. The woman working there at the time was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly had a love for knitting as she was working on a project while I was there. She checked in with me when I first walked in, then let me browse at my own pace and pretty much left me alone--which I like. When I got ready to make my purchase, she was very attentive and helpful, answering all my questions, and even taking extra time to demonstrate the addiclick needle set and giving me her thoughts about it. I will definitely try to come back any time I'm in town!
