I was in NY for 5 days on holliday and visited 9 yarnstores, and this one was my favorite of all of them. Great selection, nice atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff!

An OK selection of yarns. I found the woman at the counter a bit rude to me (she made some strange remarks on my clothes) and a bit know-it-all when I told her about my profession at home, but maybe I missunderstood her since english isn't my first language. Maybe she was joking, and I just didn't understand it.
I found the prizes a but too expensive.
Both me and my vallet liked the yarnstores downtown much better.

On the positive side, it's inexpensive and you can find some good bargains there from time to time. Too much acrylic yarns for my taste but, as mentioned, sometimes you can find some really inexpensive yarn there on sale!

I love this store! Nice friendly atmosphere and good selection of different kind of yarn in good quality.
