I didn't like this place at all. The staff was rude and the guy who apparently owns the place, didn't have time to answer my questions. I didn't see anything in there that I couldn't purchase at Rosie's Yarn Cellar for the same price or less, but with much better service. What was really creepy to me was that it looked so much like Purl in NYC. It was like it was copied from the former Sullivan Street location; even the logo and the advertising has a Purl feel. Creepy! By the way, if you go to NYC, you must go to Purl. The people there are lovely and they really have a great place.
I love this place. Everytime I walk in there I find the most fabulous stuff and sometimes it's even on sale! The staff are great, very helpful and they know their yarns. I don't mind the tiny space as it feels like I'm unearthing a new find that I just have to have everywhere I explore. It's lovely! This is probably the best stocked yarn store I have ever been in. It's even better than the yarn stores in NYC because it has the same stuff and I can get it locally.
