I've been in this store several times. 1st time: The staff was busy with people that seemed to be regulars but did ask if I needed help. 2nd time: Busy with regulars and no one asked to help me so I asked them for the items I couldn't locate. 3rd time: I noticed no cars in parking lot but thought I'd get out anyway to see if there was a sign on the door about changing hours. The owner came out on the porch and screamed at me that she was closed and said, "I'm closed so you can just get back in your car." I tried to explain that I was just looking to see when she was going to be open. Her response, "Well, I am not open for anybody." Needless to say, I said I'd never go back. However, there was a yarn I needed to finish a project that was only available there in my area. On this 4th trip, they were once again very busy with the regulars. However, one salesperson commented on the just finished felted handbag I was carrying and began questioning me about it which led to me asking about the yarn I needed. I think the purse was why she offered to help me. I got the yarn I needed and have never been back.

This shop is absolutely the best! The quality and selection is great. Best part --- the people! You'll not find more knowledgeable staff anywhere. They're never too busy to help you learn something new or straighten out a mistake. I love how they're glad for you to drop in and knit anytime you wish. Great place!!!!!
