Knitmap is now available for Android. Now it's easier than ever to find your local yarn store!
This is one of my favorite yarn stores as they have a wonderful selection of yarns and notions. The people there are also really helpful and cheerful. Their prices are also a bit better then some of the other stores in the area.
I love just browsing through all their yarns, especially the sock yarns. The store is also filled with completed projects which helps to inspire me. If you don't get an idea of new projects from those hanging around the store they also have a really nice selection of books and patterns.
This place has a large selection of yarns at good prices. I like it because it has a bit of everything when it comes to yarn from sock yarns to bulky weight yarns and a variety of fiber types. Just a warning when you go their for the first time, there is no entrance from Route 31, you have to turn onto Tree Farm Rd. I drove right by it the first time because I thought there would be an entrance from the main highway.
This is a nice but small store. There selection isn't large but if you are looking for some really nice specialty yarns or hand-dyed or spun then this place is great.
Cute little shop with some very friendly and helpful workers. It has a bit of everything, knitting supplies, spinning supplies and weaving supplies. Because the type of supplies are diverse their selection isn't very varied but it's a great one-stop shop.
