The store is "pretty", but no one was else was shopping & it kind of had that library feel - lol - I was afraid to really touch anything or talk very loud. The sales lady didn't acknowledge us right away and another one never did at all. When I asked about crochet hooks and she pointed at a wall...We wound up not spending our money there.

OK, now this is a FUN shop! There are always people in there & classes to take, etc. I have met some really nice people there - which is nice since I knew NOT A SOUL when we moved here a couple years ago. ;) Can you say SOCK YARN? lol It's everywhere, I love the stuff and I'm not even a sock knitter...just a lowly crocheter. Hehe

I didn't crochet before I moved to VA from CA - so when I went home last summer for a visit I had to check out the LYS's there. This was cool, if I still lived there I would totally shop there over Michaels or Joanns.

I popped in here with my sister in law while visiting, cool place - PRICEY though! Of course, the whole area is, so maybe thats just relative. My SIL loves it!

I've only been to this one once - just over 2 years ago. It was ok, not thrilling, the sales lady was super sweet. Not sure if its still open.
