Have to agree with previous comment, it's a wonder this shop does ANY business. Takes ages to get seen to as staff deep in conversation with each other and eventually not that helpful. Extremely overpriced wool, needles etc - which if the service was outstanding you'd maybe consider. I also tried to contact them by e-mail and they responded to first one (eventually) and that was that!! Won't bother with them again even though they're very local to me you can't treat potential customers that way.
