Snobbiest shop ever. Extremely unhelpful staff. Charges you to wind yarn. Went 3 times and had the same experience every time. Will never go back.

Service is hit or miss, but the selection is good and I love having a cafe in the store. Hours are the best in NYC.

About the only place more snobbish is Yarn Co. in Manhattan. Overpriced and don't feel comfortable browsing or asking for help.

Totally friendly couple running the place. We chatted for almost an hour. Nice selection of yarns. One of my favs.
