I love this shop. The owner and the employees are very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of yarns. Just writing about it makes me want to go there!

Not friendly. Not a lot of customer service. I was not acknowledged at all when I entered the store. After I looked around for about 10 minutes, someone finally asked what I was looking for. They didn't have exactly what I wanted, but the person I spoke to didn't offer any other suggestions. They seem to have a lot of patterns. Basic yarns--nothing exotic.

This was the first yarn store I visited in Ithaca when I was there earlier in the week. Excellent selection of yarns. What seemed to me to be an excellent selection of fabric too. (I was tempted by some fabric even though I'm NOT a quilter or sewer.) Friendly staff who asked me right away if there was anything in particular I was looking for but let me browse. There is a lot to see in one small area.

Owner is knowledgeable and friendly. Good selection of the basic yarns and some more "interesting" yarns.
