I think this is the ideal little neighborhood knitting store. Reminds me of a little boutique. I really like the area and I frequent there a lot.

I love going to the Knitty Cat. You can tell Ann is passionate about her knitting and her yarn. You can probably find what you need at the Knitty Cat. As far as String is concerned "They are old news and have totally isolated themselves from the knitting community. I am waiting for the fire sale when it closes the doors. Too bad because it use to be a pretty good store but management changed recently, teachers have quit, business is slow and regular customers are no longer welcomed. Shame shame.
