This is a very small store with an incredibly varied selection of yarns. Lots of Noro, some Tilli Tomas, some Rowan.

This is probably my favorite local store. They have a great selection of yarn, regular, relevant classes and a wealth of knitting and spinning knowledge. I am sure their weaving expert(s) are fantastic as well. Parking can be a challenge during class sessions or when events are going on in the nearby University District, however.

This store is one of my favorites, but I rarely ever get to it. They have a fantastic selection and probably the biggest selection of Noro in the area. Lots of Cascade yarns as well. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Let me state that I hated Skeins! Ltd., the previous store that made its home in this location. Since Hilltop East opened, however, my opinion has greatly changed. I have often been able to find just what I am looking for here. They do not display all their yarn, so I have often been able to find enough yarn for my project(s) in their backstock. They have also been kind enough to special order purse handles and other items for me upon request.

This is a nice store that I hardly ever make it to. Helpful staff, good selection of yarns.
