This shop is beautifully stuffed with yarn...even my husband enjoys looking around there! Service has been very helpful every time I've visited (probably about 6 times over a period of 2-3 years, whenever I'm in the Pittsburg vicinity). It's in a nice location, with many other interesting shops and restaurants along the same street, so it makes for a nice outing. The staff are so helpful that I always walk out with what I was looking for, plus a little extra something special that I wasn't looking for, and I always leave feeling all spoiled and happy and anxious to get home to my needles.

VERY attentive and helpful staff. They have SO much stuff - they really new a bigger store. I never had a hard time finding anything as the staff was right there ready to help whenever I needed it. Aside from the parking, I would visit this shop over and over again. The prices aren't bad either.

When visiting this store for the first (and last) time, I was purchasing sock yarn. No one paid any attention to me until I tried to pay for the yarn. I was then given the third degree by an employee who didn't quite believe that I could knit, let alone make socks. I showed her the lace socks that I was wearing, and told her I had made them and can I please just buy the yarn. She rolled her eyes, and I can't believe I still bought the darn yarn.
