For a new shop, Pam really has her act together. Beautiful selection of yarns and patterns. Can't wait to spend more time and I'm sure money there. From what I understand a class schedule is being put together so I look forward to taking some classes.

I went to yarn-love on December 22, and Pam was rally nice she helped me out in what I needed to find and vary friendly. Yarn-Love has wonderful yarns to choose from and vary nice shop to go with it.

I agree with all the above comments. Great store and great selection of yarn, especially if you like alternatives to wool (although she had a lot of nice wool too!).

The store is adorable and Pam is very approachable. I've been looking for a yarn store where it's as much about knitting (i.e. yarn, patterns, and needles) as it is about sharing life and the stories behind why and what we knit. I think I've found it!

By the way, Pam does have extended hours the 1st Friday of every month and the 2nd Sunday of every month. Details on her web site.
Its nice for sitting at the shop and knitting with others!

I love Yarn Love. It is my LYS, but even if it weren't, I'd make the trip. I'm sort of a new knitter, but I've visited quite a few yarn shops already. Nobody so far can compare to Yarn Love for atmosphere and yarn variety. Plus, Pam is wonderful, and so are the other shop girls. They are friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I look forward to every trip and I think every trip my yarn stash grows more.

I am interested in taking knitting a/or crocheting classes. My only free day are Fridays as that is the day I usually don't work. Are any classes available then?
