Notes
Weaving, knitting, spinning & machine-knitting, yarns, books, equipment and supplies. We offer friendly classes in all of the above media.
The Weaving Dept. is located in the Myers House, a Palladian style Victorian house that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Five rooms on the second floor are filled with an enormous variety of imported and domestic yarns. Weaving classes are also taught here on Harrisville and Schacht looms.
Come to the adjacent Barn and find great discontinued yarns at a 50% discount or learn to spin yarn on an Ashford, a Louet or a Schacht spinning wheel. Knit faster on a Silver Reed or a Brother knitting machine. Our classes will show you how.

I've always found the help here to be cold. I guess it's a little cliquish. They do have a large selection of fancy yarns and baby yarns, though.

This was my first trip to Myer's House and I thought it was a very nice yarn shop. The selection was good although I prefer more wool to knit even in summer, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone I met was delightful and I'll definately go back.

such a beautiful shop - you should go there even just for one visit to see the house it's located in... when I was there, they had a great "outlet" section in the barn! :)

HUGE selection of yarn, something for everyone. Their staff has always been great and very helpful. A hike from most places in St. Louis, but worth the trip. :)

They have a nice seletion of yarn at good prices. But, the help is horrible and it takes forever to check-out.

Can't seem to get into the classes section. Interested in information about your knitting classes and how much is the cost.

I love this yarn store! I just found it and have made it my new home. The owner and staff are very welcoming and helpful and the selection is a collection of every one of my favorite yarns. I also discovered some new ones (Trendsetter Flamenco) that I am having so much fun knitting up. The spring sale was also a knitters wish come true.

I went through the yarn crawl today and did not get a pattern. I did ask for the pattern, but it was forgotten by your clerk. Will you be posting the pattern on your website so I can download it? Thanks
Jamie
