Packed to the rafters with a huge range of yarns. They have a number of patterns in leaflet form. Also, a range of cross stitch and embroidery.
It is not easy to browse, because there is so much in there, but most of the people working there are happy to help and pull out bags of yarn, and let you dither about colours a bit.
Most of them have useful advice about things too.
