I really enjoyed visiting this store. I almost thought of moving to Middlebury just to be close to it! The staff is wonderful and helpful. Great bead selection as well. Good focus on crocheting as well as knitting - This made me very happy!

Discovered this store at the end of a hectic and exhausting college road trip with my daughter. We were in heaven - my daughter is a beader and I am a fanatic knitter. The store is gorgeous inside - the layout and colors are stunning and the area to sit and knit is very comfortable. Susannah, the owner, is an absolutely lovely person, as is the gal who works with her (sorry - forgot your name!). I really wanted to get some Vermont-made yarn and they had a wonderful selection. Hoping my daughter goes to school in Middlebury so I can visit often!

This store, on Main Street, has supplies for knitters and beaders. I didn't look at the beads much, because I am not a beader. They had plenty of yarn, including several different locally produced kinds in a few different weights, which is what I was looking for and ended up buying. The one employee was friendly and helpful. There was a comfortable sofa near the front that my husband sat on while he waited for me (with coffee table books to browse), but there is also a bookstore next door and many other little shops on the street that non-knitting companions could spend time in. Prices seemed reasonable.

They recently relocated to somewhere else in Middlebury. I'm not sure where, but I will update the address when I find out.
