This is a beautiful store. The staff is kind and warm and full of knowledge. The products are beautiful and socially aware. Highly recommended!! Stop in even if just for a visit. It will make you want to be creative!

This store is not just a store, but an experience! The products are amazing, varied, ethical and INSPIRING! The staff, gentle, knowledgeable, personable and patient. I was fortunate enough to attend a felting workshop and had so much fun! I would recommend Unwind to those with or without experience and everyone inbetween. A destination not to be missed.

There are classes to help you improve your skills and encouraging staff to turn to with any problems or questions you may run into. The selection is fantastic and browsing is encouraged and unpressured. There's even a free Friday evening knit night, where you can interact with knitters and crocheters of all skill levels. Definitely worth a visit!

Looking forward to taking one of the many classes one day - meantime, I enjoy the fun staff and love the products!

Very friendly, welcoming staff who are totally eager to help with any form of yarn-related projects (knit, crochet, weave, spin, or any other form of art), and love to talk about their yarn. I stopped in as a tourist with zero intention of picking up yarn, and for the most part the selection didn't tempt me to make space in my bag, but I did walk up with an unexpected pair of skeins anyway. The theme is sustainable yarn; the products are a lot of locally-dyed yarns with a few big-named standards. The selection of tools is wide enough to pick up the forgotten needles or stitch counters.
