Notes
While specializing in yarn and knitting supplies, Twisted stocks a variety of other crafting items. They offer a comfortable, homey environment to meet and relax with friends. Twisted also features a tea bar and treats from Bower's Bakery.
One entire wall of the store is full of sock yarns, specilaizing in small, local and specialty brands such as: Zen String, Woolarina, SWTC's Tofutsies, Dream in Color, Yarntini, Cherry Tree Hill, Austermann Step, Alpaca with a Twist, and Karen's Heavenly Creations.

Twisted has best sock yarn selection in Portland! Open knit/craft nights on Tuesdays, movie nights on Fridays, and great schedule of rotating classes.

I'm so happy to have found a new teaching spot at Twisted! Every time I go there I am always so happy and greeted so warmly that I wish I could spend all my free time there... but hey, a girl's gotta work and make money for my yarn habit, right?

Small but mighty, Twisted is a wonderful addition to Portland's LYS scene. The atmosphere is very inviting. Who can resist yarn, knitting, and a cup of tea? You'll find a grand selection of sock yarns from independent dyers here that you usually can't find except online. Great to be able to touch and feel the loveliness! The enthusiasm of the staff can't be beat, either. Do not miss Twisted!
