This shop has a great selection of basic and luxury yarns. Kathy carries an amazing selection of yarn in her tiny little space. She couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Her enthusiasm is contagious. She is never condescending to new knitters and is excited by every project.

I recently visited this cozy shop while visiting the Vail area. The owner is high energy and I bet loads of fun too. I enjoyed looking around this jam packed shop. I liked the selection of yarns and there were several nice knitted "demos" to inspire. If I hadn't had such a tight schedule, I would have knit with the locals for a while. The patrons were very friendly and welcoming as well.

I visited Vail in April, and my big excursion was to Minturn to check out the lys. It was super cute and filled with lots of goodies - both high end, and fairly simple stuff. The owner was a hoot (as my husband said - she's a talker), but she was extremely friendly and helpful. I walked out with a lighter wallet, and a challenge for how to fit all my new yarn in my luggage to take home! In all, a delightful shop and worth a visit if you're in the area.
