They only have Manos del Uraguay, but they have a very nice selection at decent prices. This is an excellent addition to the poor selection of yarn stores in Amsterdam. And the rest of the store is fabulous.

I love this store! They must hate me because I love browsing in there, and rarely buy anything. However, it is my go to gift shop.
They are not a knitting shop, but they do have a wall of Manos of Uruguay at the back, 100% wool and Silk Blend. A random selection of Bamboo needles as well. If I'm looking to knit a scarf, I'll buy my manos from them. The two owners are also really nice people and quite friendly.

On a recent trip to Amsterdam, I found this store and wondered in to see their yarn selection. For one, its now called The Otherist, not Egg Mercantile. Secondly, they have about twenty skeins of yarn to choose from, so I only recommend this store if you're just looking to make a scarf.... Otherwise, there is a larger knit shop around the corner from them, but it has odd hours.
This store is AWESOME as a gift shop though! They have quite an interesting, eclectic selection in fact. I would definitely go back.
