This is a new yarn shop so the selection of yarn is not expansive yet, but I feel like it will be. Lots of colors and quanity of what is offered. Great comfy chairs and a big table with comfy chairs to sit and knit.

It's a pretty new shop, but very helpful service and the largest Cascade inventory in the southwest. I like the selection of practical, yet beautiful yarn, especially the organics.
They do need more offerings in patterns, and don't sell books or magazines on knitting/crochet.
There are TWO great seating areas to just sit and knit, and it's very welcoming and cozy.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite yarn places to visit. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. The selections continue to improve.

They may have the largest cascade inventory in the SW, but that's it! I was shocked at their limited selection. Cute t-shirts, "Keep Austin Knitting".

The store is a decent shop. The owner is a little too gossipy about other customers and it made me feel uncomfortable.

I had a pleasant experience there. Even though the selection is not huge, I was able to find some things I hadn't found in other yarn shops. during my visit, I found the owner to be extremely pleasant and helpful.

I tried this store as I was new to knitting and looking for a community to join. I had a very cold, unpleasant experience in the store. I was ignored, pushed out of the way by a "regular" customer, and only checked out after waiting behind someone carrying on a conversation with the cashier for 10 min. Then the cashier had the attitude that I was an inconvenience to be gotten rid of as quickly as possible. Thank God I kept looking for a knitting store and did not just give up after this bad experience. I would only go here if my regular store did not have something I really wanted, and could not special order it.

I don't get why Ravelry has such a hankering for this shop. Like the others mentioned the selection is a real let down, the shop look is trendy and fun but the service and people are anything but. I was so disappointed. I visited the old shop location and haven't been back since. I might give it another try...

Had a chance to visit the store during vacation. So many colors choices of Cascade! I found the perfect colors for a pattern that I could not find anywhere else. Excellent windows/natural lighting.

Have ALWAYS had a good experience at this shop. The selection is smaller than some shops, but is well chosen. Along with the large selection of Cascade, there is a LOVELY selection of Malabrigo. The owner is always warm and welcoming, available for answering any question, and interested in customer projects. An EX-employee was less than warm at the old location, but this is no longer a problem. The seating is open and comfy and the natural lighting makes it a joy to stitch there. The shop's move to a larger storefront has only increased the welcoming atmosphere, and has increased the selection as well.
Having visited other yarn shops around the country, I would say that the size selection is on average with that size shop. The atmosphere is far better than most.
