Notes
The Knitting Corner is Located in Wyatt Square next to Island Books. It offers a wide variety of yarns and supplies as well as a bead room, Books and Notions. Really nice friendly staff and the customers are great too.

Thurs 5.30-7.30pm Come and hang out and knit with us. Its always been free!
Knitting.
All levels.$60/ 4 weeks
choose from the following groups.
Mon 10-12pm / Tues 6-8pm / Wed 6-8pm
Sweater Club.
Mon 6-7.30pm Instruction & Pattern free with purchase of yarn. Everyone knits the same sweater.
Open Bead. Thurs 5.30-7.30pm, price varies.
Individual beading and Knitting classes are available by appointment.

The bead classes are kind of pricey and they don't offer a pattern of what you have learned how to make take home with you, very disappointed.

I really liked this store. The owner was really nice to my mother and I. I haven't taken any of their classes since I just stopped in there once, but I loved their selection of yarns. The selection is comparable to And the Beadz Goes On in Wickford. But the people that work at this store are way nicer.

I always had good luck with their bead classes. I think their prices are VERY reasonable (much mre so than other stores) and if you want directions or a pattern, all you have to do is ask. Also, if you have a problem with a class you took, you can ALWAYS go back at no charge for a refresher.

This really is a lovely store. The staff are so helpful and they have a great selection of yarn and Beads. I go to a couple of other local stores and this is by far my favorite and its never a proble to just sit and knit.
