This little shop in a house is a nice spot to drop into if you are in Fredericksburg. They have quite a good selection, but they seem a bit reluctant to help.

Love Knitter's Cottage. Nancy is great, always willing to help, but not overbearing. Nice selection of yarns and cozy atmosphere. Wish I had more time to sit and knit at the group table.

I'd have to agree with the reluctance to help -- but the selection is fabulous.

The owner was there on my visit and was very helpful. The shop itself is just lovely -- an old house, with the yarns organized in different rooms. I'd shop there again.

Stopped in while visiting from out of town, very pretty shop! There was lots of sock yarn and I had a great conversation with the shopkeeper. There was no reluctance to help in my case, we had a nice conversation!!
