This shop is housed in a great Victorian house with a view of Lake Michigan. Yarns are displayed throughout the living room, and books are jammed into built-in book shelves, as well as piled everywhere else. A rear room has carousels of magazines, shelves of notebooks full of patterns, as well as more yarn. In the very back is a series of long tables used for classes. The owner is very knowledgeable & helpful.

The bitter old blue hairs that sit in the back of this shop knitting and gossiping all day should be ashamed of themselves (the owner included). They chased away my business today with their blatant rudeness!!! They literally clicked their tongues and rolled their eyes at my question. You WILL NOT get ANY customer service at this shop!...and don't you dare ask a question unless you're willing to deal with the nastiness of half a dozen old rich brats. Beautiful yarns, but I will not support a business that treats its customers this way! BUY FROM ETSY!!!! I hope the owner of this shop realizes what she lost when they chased me out of that store today! I am an avid knitter and have MANY friends in the area who are as well! We all drive to Green Bay for our materials and were looking for a place close by to get our yarn! We would have happily started buying from the EE, but I will not now and I will tell my friends about my experience. I doubt they will give their business to this horrible shop.

WONDERFUL yarn shop!! The selection of yarns is fantastic as are all the books, patterns, needles, and magazine - if you can't find it here maybe you really don't need it. The browsing experience is like a treasure hunt - everywhere you look you find more yarn to covet. On the shore of Lake Michigan in a large Victorian home where all the available space has been put to good use displaying all the yarns, like walking in a garden. The owner is wonderfully knowledgeable and so welcoming and so very patient answering newby questions about combining yarns and textures. The large room with huge windows overlooking the lake has all the natural light you'd ever want, an advantage when looking at yarn colors and combinations. Spent hours there, could have cheerfully spent more. Will certainly go back and bring more knitting friends. Everything is competitively priced. Go there andif you can't get in, call, she probably has it and will mail it out. Now to knit all all the yarn I bought so I can go back for more.

TERRIFIC store! Great location, easy to find, wonderful old home turned into a simply great shopping experience. Owner is VERY knowledgeable and a big help in finding whatever you may desire. The selections are enormous - everything laid out in a huge Victorian home right on the water. Sitting/knitting area overlooks the Bay, what a fantastic place to experience the fun of knitting! Spent hours in there just browsing, no pressure to purchase, fun things everywhere you look. And a huge variety! Will definitely go back again!!!
