This is a small shop, but they have an amazing variety of yarns, particularly hand-dyed. Lisi and her staff are very friendly.

Wonderful staff who will work with you on ANYTHING and are excellent at helping with any project, including knit, crochet, and spinning and weaving. Excellent yarn selection, including hand-dyed. So-so on sock yarns, but great for making sweaters. Wonderful classes.

I love the cozy atmosphere of this friendly shop. They offer great classes for a variety of crafts. Check them out!

Stop by and see the new owner, Marcy. Lisi and Randy are still teaching classes. I've never seen a shop change Owners so seamlessly--familiar faces, new yarns, more great energy, happy customers.

This joint is great --- the new ownership has improved the inventory and warmed up the atmosphere even more. It's wonderful.

I love this shop. Still do, however I don't go in as often as I used to for one reason. Not because they changed hands... but because there's a woman who seems to always be there now, sitting at the table, who looks disapproving at all the other women in the shop. She's got a mean look to her. Never says hi. She might be a relative of the one who just bought the place... or the new owner herself... I don't know. I will go in again... but if I get the same, it will be a long time between visits for me.

Great little shop with friendly owner, Marcy. She has a fun shrug/sweater design that she sells - great knit! Also a most welcoming group knits and noshes there on Wed. evenings from whatever to 9PM. Nice variety of lovely yarns!

The Stitch Cafe is my home away from home. I sure hope that Anonymous wasn't talking about me cause I'm there a whole lot. I sit at the table but I say hello to almost everyone who walks into the store. Nuff said about that. Marcy the owner and Jacqueline the manager are two of the nicest most helpful people I've ever met. The are knowledgeable about the yarns and are more than happy to help you with yarn selection, substitutions and pattern instructions. The yarn selection is wonderful and varied. Prices are very competitive. It's a great place to come sit and knit or find a wonderful new project. Come on in and visit. Tell Marcy that the Mayor sent you!!!
