This is a great store with friendly people who are always there to lend a hand if you are stuck and need help. The selection is great along with the appearance.

Congrats! on your store. I am sure you will enjoy it. It is always nice to meet new people, and after time they become family.
I am anxious to come and see it, and it will be nice to have my daughter, Jamie, try to make me understand patterns!!!
You go girl...

Hi Jamie,
It is so cool to know that you have started a business with yarn. I have been knitting for years and I don't have anyone that I can share my hobby with. I do have a closet full of yarn! I have made mittens for my daughter In-laws whole school class for Christmas and dresses for my granddaughters this year. Also usually make an adult sweater every two weeks. Now that I am retired (for the most part). Send me info............. Carol

This is a wonderful new shop that continually adds more stock -- there is always something new to see.
Shop owner Jamie is extremely knowledgable and can help you with any knitting question you might have. There are also fun events -- everything from a Railcats knit night, to charity knitting, to spinning events and more.
I am so glad that Lake County had this wonderful shop!

I visited this shop while traveling from Oregon and visiting relatives in the area. The address on the KnitMap page was wrong, but a postal worker who was passing pointed us in the right direction. It's just around the corner from the old location, in a building that was a bait shop, so if you see confused-looking anglers and fly tyers wandering by, you're in the right place. The shop is new and growing into its space, but the people there were wonderful! Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone wanted to see what project I was working on, and we had a long conversation about knitting, yarn, fiber shows, and I don't know what all. I came home with a pound of lovely hand-dyed fiber to spin. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this shop.

Jamie,
Sorry to email you at work but I don't have your personal email address.
Ed and I only have a cell phone now. That number is 601-522-0111.
Email when you can. I'll respond the next time we go into McComb.
