They have the most CIVILIZED bathroom for their patrons. Karen is very welcoming and more than happy to help further your stash or pattern addiction. I love it there!

I went for the first time yesterday and I was thoroughly surprized! It's a fantastic little shop with a really great selection, terrific book/pattern selection, a customer rewards program and really nice folks. Note: they're closed on Sundays and Mondays and only open until 4 pm on Saturdays. Highly recommended!

I went to there shop when they first opened in Waterloo and it is amazing. I never went to there other location but wanted to. The hours are nice and they have a really nice knitting group that is really welcoming to everyone on friday nights. The store has a great selection for knitting and a bit for spinning and they have tons of pattern books. The owners are all very helpful and easy to approach. Overall you will not be disappointed :)
