My first visit was this past weekend. Nice seating in a big south-facing window (lots of light!). I'll be back any time I'm in the neighbourhood.

Just stopped by for the boxing day sale and was amazed at the selection! will visit again soon

I love the store and selection. However I did not find the staff or owners very friendly. I've been there several times and each time that was my experience. I wish I had a better experience at this store as they do have good sales from time to time.

This is a lovely store, however, the customer service leaves MUCH to be desired! It's a shame, since the space is lovely and the selection is good. But why would I shop in a store I feel unwelcome in??

WOW! You know you are in a great store when time has no meaning as soon as you walk through the door. It is a fabulous shop, one of the best. The other is just down the street at Unwind Yarns. Love them BOTH. Definitely worth a drive to Newmarket to see lots of funky yarn, lots of samples to inspire, and wonderful, warm salespeople to help. I will make this a regular stop on my 'yarn circuit'.

This is a great store - one of the owners (the taller of the two) is a lovely lovely lady always willing to talk and help if needed. The other lady not so friendly. I went in there once (maybe a year or so ago now) to buy yarn and needles. When I was ready to go I put my items on the counter to check out and the woman looked at my items and looked at me and said sternly "These needles are not for this yarn." I was slightly taken aback and simply said "Yes, I know. They are for a different project." I know I am a younger knitter, but I do know what I'm doing. I felt really disrespected by this one owner and don't usually shop there anyway, but I avoid purchasing anything if this owner is the one tending to the store. The other lady is so wonderful and nice, it's too bad that her business partner is not the same.
