incredible selection, but customer service can be spotty. sometimes too attentive, sometimes too lax. and the no credit card thing is just annoying.

One of the most bizarre stores I have ever been in. There is yarn every where, which can be a bit overwhelming. The owner may take you around personally (nice, but annoying) and she seems to pop in every so often. Ditto the others on the no credit card thing - very irksome.

I thought this is a wonderful store. Great selection, and price, which is important to me. I didn't have an issue with the no credit card thing, it is just a fact, and just remember to bring cash when u go.

Things must have changed, because I paid with a credit card this last Monday (June 2nd) with no problem. Really good selection, and very attentive customer service; I can see how it could be annoying, but I didn't really mind it.
