Very helpful staff, good prices and great selection! And I love have they have tons of colored roving!

Selection is great, can always count on them having solid workhorse yarns. I always know exactly what they carry and what to expect. Staff and atmosphere, however, is mixed and sometimes vary. I don't ever stick around beyond just getting what I need and getting out quickly.

Well this is a store I wouldn't go to unless I abosolutely had to.
Can't ever imagine that I couln't find what I need else where.
I had Rumpelstiltskin special order yarn for me, pre-paid, and they toally screwed the order up. No refund,(even though it was their fault) no apology either.
Staff was rather "cold", rushed, and seemed rather fearful of owner.
So...........this place is a "No-Go" for me.

Decent selection of yarn. Lots of worsted weight yarns, not many DK or fingering, although they had some that I couldn't find anywhere else. The staff is helpful if they are not occupied talking with their friends. I went there on a Sunday and I was barely acknowledged when I walked in the door. I would probably go there again if there was something specific I need, but definitely NOT a shop that I would enjoy perusing the yarn at. She also does not have a frequent buyer's program, which other stores in the area do have.

Pretty standard fare, but a few of the newer stuff. Only go there if have specific stuff in mind. Staff is friendly, depending on how busy they are.

I've had mixed results at this shop - sometimes find really neat stuff, sometimes helpful staff, other times not. However, they usually have the a good selection of basic staples.

I only go to this store for yarn emergencies. The yarn selection is uninspiring, but contains the basics. The service is poor -especially for those of us that are younger. I have noticed the few times I have visited that the older patrons are served while I am often ignored.

A friend and I went and we enjoyed the store very much. The lady working there was very nice and helpful. I found Debbie Bliss yarns in colors I couldn't find anywhere else; also found some great patterns. Lots of fun made items in the store that make you want to buy more patterns and yarns. Although it's about 1.5 hrs from where I live, I would make specials trip to shop there again.

I don't think I'll ever go there again. When I said I was a crocheter and machine knitter the response was a blah "ooohhh". Then they acted like I wasn't worthy of service anymore.

They have a big selection, although I had hard time figuring out if they had any system to the way the yarns were organized. All in all, not impressed - not the kind of shop where you'd want to hang out.
