I absolutely LOVE this store and must stop every time I'm in town visiting the in-laws. Gorgeous selection of yarn (that seems endless!) and super friendly and helpful staff. I just wish I lived closer!

It's always a treat to visit this wool shop - so many absolutely GORGEOUS yarns from all over the world and Alison is very, very helpful. They're happy to order yarn etc. in if they don't have what you're looking for in their enormous stock...very helpful, very friendly and I can't say nice enough things about it! Go, and find out for yourself! You'll enjoy it so much...

Today I am annoyed. I bought both book and Berocco Naturalin to make the throw in the 'Linen Picnic book a while back. I have done 3 layers and discover much to my chagrin that I was not given the correct # of skeins nor the correct colour. So now I am in a dilemma. I have 8 skeins that are incorrect.For the Denim #6332 I was given 6 shanks when only 3 were needed. For the Coriander I was given 5 shanks instead of 2. For the Dry Sage I was given nothing and I also was given 2 of the Oats 6303 which is not registered in the pattern at all. This was a very expensive purchase and to say the least I am disappointed. Will there be something you can do to rectify this?

If you ever have a problem with a purchase, please call us at 905-892-2222 and we will help you rectify the problem. The pattern calls for 7 hanks of denim, 3 of indigo, 2 of coriander, 5 of dry sage, 3 of cinnamon and 1 of beet root. We do not have the dry sage so perhaps the oats was to substitute for the dry sage. Any yarn you do not want can be returned for a credit or exchange.
