Friendly staff, nice selection - perhaps a bit more upscale than some. Lovely atmosphere.

Uber helpful, both on the phone and in person. The owner goes the extra mile, even if you are only in to purchase one skein of Cascade Fixation... even if you call and she has eleventy million people in the store, as evidenced by the dull roar of the crowd in the background! Every single sale is important to her, what more could a customer ask for?

Beautiful selection of yarns, lovely, lovely buttons and other notions.

I had a lovely visit here when I was passing through town-- folks were friendly, the selection was nice. The staff was even friendly to my husband, who was patiently waiting for me!
