This store has a nice selection of yarn. They also sell amigurumi kits. It was really impressive, and definately worth it to stop there.

Big Store with lots of yarn plus other crafts. One disappointment was that all the yarn was in plastic bags and could not be touched. Maybe that's the Japanese way? There were some good discounts, plus lots of yarn from all around the world.

I don't think so. The Okadaya in Machida has them naked and inviting... Ahem. It might be the result of space constraints. Pack 'em up to pack 'em in.
