We visited this store while traveling through Vermont on vacation. It is two rooms, light and airy inside. There was a large selection of yarns, beautifully arranged. The shopkeeper was very friendly and talked to my husband while I browsed and then to both of us, getting out some fabulous kits when I expressed an interest in the knitted throw over the door.

Northern Nights' owner is very helpful and friendly! She asked what kind of things I liked to knit and then was able to recommend some very good projects and yarns for me. She has a great variety of yarns - a little at every gauge and for a broad range of price points. The shop is on Norwich's main street, in a very walkable area of town - the school, park, general store, and a B&B are all within a few hundred yards.
