This is my favorite yarn store. I love the selection and find the owner very knowledgable and helpful. I don't understand the last comment about rude staff, as I've never had that experience.

The owner is really rude and unhelpful. I think she's nice to perhaps a handful of people - so you're lucky if you've never experienced her rudeness. I spend a lot on yarn, and I won't give my money to someone who treats me like that.

I have never found the owner to be rude. I have been knitting for nearly 50 years so am by no means a novice but have learned so much from Jen over the years. As someone who works with the public, I know how hard it is not to be rude back to rude people. Could the writer and Jen have both been having a bad day? Anyway, this is a wonderful shop so do yourself a favor and check it out while in the area. If I weren't a $20 ferry ride away, I'd be there weekly indulging my yarn habit.

I have been purchasing from Jen for 10+ years, and both her current and previous location. I knit and spin, and find her (and her staff) to be helpful and courteous. I like the location and parking, store layout, and selection of yarn and fibers. I have also taken classes there. I recommend the store to anyone in the greater Burlington area.
