Great yarn selection and a cozy space full of inspiration. People very nice. Good location. The best of all yarn shops in the Houston area. You won't be disappointed!

I have been shopping at Nimblefingers for several years. The owner and all of her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. I have often sat down with a designer's book of available canvases and special ordered the things I liked. I cannot recall any time that I have not been happy to be in the store.

I check their website regularly - love to get their e-mail - usually a GREAT sale or trunk show announcement. I knit and needlepoint so this shop suits both of my needs. They featured one of my wonderfully custom designed pillows in the GALLERY section of the website - I was so proud!! Great Selection of threads - I am signed up for a workshop - they always seem to be having so much FUN.

Now that Yarns to Ewe is closed and Stitches in Time is closed - Nimblefingers is the only game in town for knitting and needlepoint on the west side of Houston! Lucky for me that they have a great selection of both! I think they just celebrated their 7th anniversary with a big sale! Great up-to-date magazines for needlepoint and knitting. I love their website and I friended them on Facebook, too!

Interesting store that I visited on my last trip to Houston. My GPS had a hard time locating it but after a quick stop at the local Starbucks I found it. Needlepoint up front, yarn explosion in pack. I would visit again. Nice selection of yarn--some different brands that my local store in WI carries.

Good selection with some yarns from Spain and Peru but there is no where to really knit and poor customer service. Also, the yarn is in the "back room" and stuffed everywhere.
