The owner is one of the most pleasant people I've met. She's always willing to find a brand or resource for you & she's very conscious of prices, not too high, but unfortunately no discounts. Luxory yarns only & some books & patterns.

Small and overpriced. None of the prices were marked either on the yarn itself or the shelves holding the yarn. Limited selection of yarn books, which were all well-thumbed and in some cases, damaged.

The service is fantastic. And even if I did not find any color/yarn that I wanted to have, the owner was extremely helpful and friendly.

I was visiting from Chicago and made a point to stop at this shop before I went back home. The woman working at the shop didn't acknowledge me when I walked in. She was busy consulting another customer at the time, so I let it go. But after that customer left and I was the only one left in the store, she still didn't acknowledge my presence. Not a "hello" not a "can I help you?" The shop is very small and the selection of yarn was disappointing. I would neither go back to this store nor recommend it to a fellow knitter.
